Russell Compact Sieve®The Russell Compact Sieves are used for safety and check screening to improve product quality, what is achieved by removing oversize contamination from the material being screened. Designed to provide high-capacities, the Russell Compact Sieves are featuring of highest universality and versatility on the word market.
Finex 22" Sieve This unit is capable of simple safety screening as well as accurate fractioning of powders or granules up to a maximum amount of six fractions. High-speed versions are also available for screening difficult powders and high viscosity liquids.
Vibrasonic® Deblinding System (VDS) (VDS) VDS is used to prevent blinding and blocking of mesh and maintain consistent flow rates. The system allows to increase the screening capacity and reduces cracking of screen meshes. Russell Finex's innovative VDS has revolutionized the way difficult powders are screened on sieve meshes, increasing capacities and allowing accurate separation down to 20 µm. The system consists of a generator and a probe and applies an ultrasonic frequency directly to the mesh screen, effectively making the mesh wires friction free and eliminating blinding and blocking of the mesh apertures. This VDS has been designed so that it can be retrofitted onto any new or existing vibrating sieve/separator.
Compact Airlock Vibratory Sieve™ The new Compact Airlock Sieve™ is especially dedicated to the needs of pharmaceutical industry. Thanks to the unique validatable pneumatic clamping system the Compact Airlock Sieve™ is giving large improvements in product containment and operator health and safety. The Russell Compact Airlock achieves OEL value of 1μg/m3.
